These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Monster.bet platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the platform. By accessing or using Monster.bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.
1.1 These Terms and your use of Monster.bet shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

3.1 The AI sports betting algorithms provided by Monster.bet are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or betting advice. You acknowledge that any decisions made based on the information provided by these algorithms are at your own risk.
4.1 Users are prohibited from reselling or resharing any picks or information obtained from Monster.bet without express written permission. Violating this policy may result in consequences, up to and including permanent banning from the platform.
5.1 All payments made to Monster.bet are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including subscriptions or MonBet tokens.
6.1 By holding a minimum of 10,000 MonBet tokens in your designated wallet, you will have lifetime access to the Monster.bet platform. If you disconnect your wallet or if your connected wallet's total drops below 10,000 MonBet tokens, you will lose access to the platform. It is your responsibility to maintain the required token balance to retain access.
7.1 Monster.bet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the platform.
7.2 In no event shall Monster.bet or its affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
8.1 The Monster.bet platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Monster.bet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
9.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to Monster.bet immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
10.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Monster.bet after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the platform.
